I recently sold my home at 290 Sea Crest Circle in which I secured the services of Marsello. I have closed 3 previous real estate transactions and the selling if this house was seamless. Marsello is the best of the best!! He made this transaction as smooth and as easy as possible.
He was engaged throughout the whole transaction, following-up almost daily; collecting information, signatures - and did whatever needed to be done in order for the property to sell. He prepared me for what to expect and even gave me advice on staging before the property was put on the market. Once the property was on the market I had an offer in 6 days. It sold for higher than any other property in the community.
Marsello led and guided my family and I through the necessary repair work that needed to be done which was much more than I expected to do in the timeframe we had. He was an extraordinary broker and his years of experience shined through.

He was so professional, hes an expert with years of experience that showed by every aspect of dealing with him for the sale of my house. He helped stage my house, did a few handyman stuff that was needed, and arranged to put new sod in my yard while I was away. Use him, he is great!
